Engagement in any service is subject to a specific Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement that outlines the unique deliverables and timelines for your brand.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All conceptual designs, codebases, frameworks, and creative content developed by M.versa and displayed on this platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of M.versa unless otherwise transferred in writing via a final project handover agreement. Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from our proprietary assets without express written authorization.

3. Limitation of Liability

M.versa strives for perfection in every project; however, we shall not be held liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages—including but not limited to loss of data, profit, or business opportunities—arising from the use of our services or digital assets. Our total liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and the specific terms of the individual service contract.

4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. By engaging with M.versa, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia for the resolution of any disputes.
